I came in because I had just bought a new (to me) vehicle and the oil was black so we knew it desperately needed changed. John and the rest of the team were extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed from air filters to fluids. I couldn't have asked for better care. They were all excellent and I will definitely be coming back again. Thanks guys! And John keep doing what you're doing 🫡
Stopped by to get the oil changed in my car. The staff was very friendly and informative. Had to answer a few questions since it was my first time having my oil changed at this location. Kalen was very polite and helpful with getting my oil change experience at a satisfactory level. I was given a coupon to use the next time I came for another $25 off on my next oil change since it look a little longer but understandable since they were training new people. I would recommend them to anyone needing an oil change in the near future!
This was my first oil change at Take 5. Every team member I interacted with was so pleasant and respectful. They were very helpful, made sure to show me each filter and never once tried to upsell me. It was an added bonus that I got to talk to a former student! Fun fact: if you come back before the mileage is up, they will top off your oil (up to 2 quarts) and check all fluid levels for free! Highly recommend this location!
