Shiloh and Boyce were super friendly techs and got my oil change done really quick. As a girl in her twenties, it was really refreshing to go do something car related without my dad and know that the mechanics weren’t trying to get one over on me. They didn’t try to upsell me or suggest any work that wasn’t necessary which was a breath of fresh air and I’ll definitely be going back to this location for my next service. Ty Shiloh and Boyce - y’all deserve a raise!
ALL 5 Gentlemen that work there were Excellent! Very Knowledgeable Professional Kind & Helpful! I was Impressed with their Customer Service & Skills! My Main Tech was Shiloh..Great Personality and he made sure he explained everything in detail & to my understanding & taught me somethings I never knew like the filter behind my glove compartment which was overdue for changing lol I Appreciate him Very Much! The Manager of the location is Awesome! 5 Stars aren’t enough they deserve 10 stars!
These people are the BEST! Since I moved back to Atlanta 3 years ago, I have only used them for oil changes, coolant flush, etc. I've also used them in Phoenix. They are good at what they do, but also- Fun, funny & helpful.. They do NOT try to upsell you. In fact- on my last visit, they told me I didn't need the thing I was asking for and SAVED me a bunch of money! Good people, fast service... I'll be back AGAIN.
