Oil Change in Athens, GA at 2015 West Broad St.

Today I went to Take 5 on Broad St. for just a regular oil change. The technician that helped me out, Wade, was very thorough and noticed that my coolant was not up to par, even though I had that serviced through a different Take 5 just recently in November! He was really kind and took the time to redo the service properly so that I could continue to be safe in my vehicle. I would've had no idea that something wasn't 100% right with my car without Wade's attentiveness and care! I really appreciate y'all and will continue to come back here with my future oil change needs :)

When I arrived in the dead of summer they almost immediately offered me an ice cold water while I waited on one car in front of me. That was a nice a touch. The service itself was quick, efficient, and well done. Everything they were working on was communicated to me. There was no nonsense about trying to upsell me or have extra things done. It was very nice to be about to chat a little about this or that and how my truck was doing and what maintenance would be needed next without it turning into them trying to get me to spend more.

I’ve never been able to find a good place to go to as I have a level two autistic son and he doesn’t do good with sitting and waiting for an hour for an oil change in a waiting room so to find a place where he can stay comfortably in his seat with his tablet and drink and just chillax while I’m able to get the maintenance needed to my car was the greatest relief a mother could ever have. They were able to do my oil in less then 20 min which was great for me with him. I will be recommending here to everyone I know

Bree, Joshua, and the whole crew did a phenomenal job with all of my car services. I love going to this location because they do a great job of educating and ensuring that your car is getting the best care to aid in longevity. They don’t pressure you to get extra services but explain the rationale behind getting them. It feels like I’m driving a new car after getting service here! And they’re all super nice and friendly. I’ll definitely be back!

I had such an amazing experience at Take 5, and I just had to leave a review for Josh Martin and Matt because they truly went above and beyond. I stopped by just to get my tires filled, expecting a quick in-and-out visit, but they made the entire experience so much better than I could have imagined. From the moment I pulled in, Josh and Matt were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They didn’t just do the job—they took the time to make sure everything was perfect and that I felt taken care of. It’s rare to come across people who genuinely care about customer experience the way they do. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and had such great attitudes the entire time. You can tell they take pride in their work and enjoy helping people, which made a simple tire fill-up feel like top-tier service. I left feeling so grateful and honestly impressed by how kind and attentive they were. Josh Martin and Matt are absolute gems—Take 5 is lucky to have them! I’ll definitely be coming back because of them. Highly, highly recommend!
