Listen!!!! Hands down best oil change experience I have ever had. My 6 year old daughter told me I had to go after seeing a commercial, now I can’t go anywhere else. Chris took amazing care of me from changing a cabin filter that was disgusting, putting caps and air on/in my tire, helping me with a coupon, and giving my daughter a take 5 hat! His energy professionalism and customer service and experience was through the roof. I won’t be going to another oil change shop outside of take 5! Thank you to Chris and the team. Can’t wait for the day he is running his own shop!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10 STARS IF I COULD! This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had getting an oil change, and I’ve had plenty of them over the years! A huge shout-out to Assistant Manager Chris V. He absolutely went above and beyond. Chris was incredibly friendly, professional, helpful, and genuinely made me feel like my business mattered. That kind of customer service is getting harder and harder to find. The entire team was quick, efficient, and on top of everything, but Chris V. really made the experience stand out. He represents exactly what great customer service should look like. If I could give 10 stars instead of 5, I would! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Chris V., thank you for an outstanding experience. You’ve definitely earned a repeat customer!
Our service was excellent! As we arrived and were waiting in line.. we were presented with 2 bottles of cold water. When it was our time to pull into the bay we asked about the services and we were given help in choosing what was best for us! The options were clearly posted. Because I had called before i went A 25 dollar coupon was sent to my phone. As we are older and on a fixed income this was greatly appreciated
