I stopped by Tralee 5 for my usual oil change as I have been doing for several years. During that time I have met good and not so good technicians. I’m sorry I neglected to get the name of the technician who assisted me with my most recent oil change.. However, if you can identify him, I would encourage you to do your best to keep him on the Take 5 team. He was very courteous and very knowledgeable and represented your company very well. I’ll be back.
ATLBob,Very professional and so quick and easy. Upon entering,I was guided into a bay, greeted warmly and handed a bottle of chilled water. Options were clearly presented and oil change was completed. All filters were checked and I was Made aware of missing rear window wiper. This was replaced for a very reasonable price. I appreciated the care and attention to both myself and my vehicle. I will be a return customer.

They bring water out to you while you're sitting in car and of course you don't have to get out your car either. Chris Hercules and the rest of the team are so nice they have very pleasant down to earth personalities I would recommend this particular take 5 to anyone. Everyone working there is so nice Chris and Hercules are very attentive with me as I'm sure the rest of the staff is to with the customers. I recommend this for your oil change they come out to the car with cold bottle water for you too 😉

I came for an oil change they reassured me they would take care of it and when I say it says take five it did only take five. I had some other internal issues with my heating and coolant. Give me a great deal! That also only took 5 minutes! They made sure to check all parts of my car to make sure I was fully safe and secure on the road. Thank you for all your help!
