We had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change! From the moment we pulled up, the customer service was outstanding. We were greeted right away and even offered complimentary bottled water, which was a thoughtful touch. We were in a hurry, and the team got us in and out incredibly fast without sacrificing quality. They completed our oil change efficiently and took the time to make helpful maintenance recommendations without being pushy. The manager and the entire staff on duty were professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to providing great service. I came to Take 5 for the first time after they opened a new location just two minutes from my house, and the service and professionalism were outstanding. They took excellent care of my vehicle, explained everything clearly, and what impressed me most was the way they approached me and recommended their services without any pressure. From the moment I pulled into the parking lot, Chris greeted me with a smile and immediately made me feel welcome. It was incredibly hot and humid outside, and he even offered me a cold bottle of water, which was such a thoughtful touch and greatly appreciated. My oil change was overseen by Ace, and I couldn’t have asked for better service. As a fellow BMW owner, he took the time to answer my questions honestly and made me feel confident that my vehicle was being properly cared for. He checked my brake fluid, explained that the levels were perfectly fine, and even advised me to return the brake fluid I had purchased instead of spending money unnecessarily. That kind of honesty and integrity is hard to find. The team also replaced my air filter, completed my oil change, cleared my service notifications, and had me back on the road quickly. The entire experience was professional, friendly, and stress-free. Chris and Ace went above and beyond, and because of them, I left feeling taken care of rather than just serviced. Great experience at Take 5! The staff was very friendly, professional, and treated me well from the moment I arrived.
