Devon, the shop manager, truly deserves recognition for his honesty, integrity, and outstanding customer service. I came in thinking I needed an oil change, but he was completely transparent and let me know I actually wasn’t due until next month. In an industry where it can be easy to upsell customers, I really appreciated that he cared more about being honest than making an unnecessary sale. The shop was packed and busy, with only two guys working, but Devon remained professional, calm, and collected the entire time. He was helping his coworker, checking in with every customer, providing updates on wait times, and making sure everyone felt acknowledged. People like Devon are exactly why customers come back. Honesty, integrity, professionalism, and great customer service are what build loyal business. I truly appreciate the way he treated me and everyone else in the shop. He is a great representation of what a shop manager should be!
Hands down the best service I have ever received at an oil change station. I believe a gentleman named Devon was in charge the morning I went, and he immediately brought smiles, positivity, and knowledge to the table. He was also providing great guidance to a new employee learning the ropes next to him. Devon even helped me find an online coupon, and never tried to unnecessarily upsell me on anything. Will definitely be returning here.
