I love this location, I came to this take 5 on Saturday (5/16) in my mothers car with her and took my car yesterday (5/18) and a guy named Harrison was there both times for our oil change, he’s supper funny, very patient, and the atmosphere was not stressful at all or anything like that. It was a quick and fun experience to see all these guys balancing work and fun. I will most def be back!
Genesis Monroe,I visited with a coupon for an oil change and had a very good experience overall. The staff were friendly and professional. They performed an Advanced Synthetic oil change, replaced the oil filter, and checked the tire pressure. They also showed me the engine air filter and confirmed it was still clean instead of trying to upsell unnecessarily. The only downside was that the barcode on my phone wouldn’t scan, so the coupon couldn’t be applied, which was a bit disappointing. Other than that, the service was quick, transparent, and efficient. I would definitely come back.

The guys were friendly, helpful, thorough, and they did not try to haggle me into having unnecessary services performed because my air filters were still good.
