Very good experience. I showed up at 7:00 a.m. and asked if they could get me in and out so that I could be to work by 8:00 a.m. They delivered with plenty of time to spare about a good 45 minutes. Zayda(I probably got your name wrong, but I was trying to remember it) was very professional, explained everything thoroughly. I didn't get the name of the young man that was there, but he was excellent and professional performing his job duties as well. I experience no issues and had a $15 off coupon toward my oil change. I'm very happy this place exists. Getting your oil changed first thing in the morning, having enough time to get to work, and having your weekend free instead of sitting around waiting for your oil to be changed? Priceless
A K,I was skeptical at first to have my vehicle serviced here because of the Take 5 stigma. I’m very glad that this location was the complete opposite of that stigma people think they usually tend to be. I want to thank Christopher and Zaydah (forgive me if I misspelt it) for the exceptional service I was given. Not only did they do the job I was there for, but they went above and beyond in informing me about everything my vehicle needed and what to expect in the future for my upcoming service. Coming from someone who used to be in the automotive industry for 5+ years, being able to do your job and also have a good time with your coworkers makes the day not only go fast, but makes the job enjoyable as well. Like an old coworker used to always tell me, “If you can’t have a good time while your at work, your in the wrong profession” I will DEFINITELY be coming back to this place for any kind of service my vehicle needs!!!!
