I’d like to give a five star for Brent Allowing wife to disrupt Store number 1130. And for Hector in targeting certain employees without including the store. Two people are supposed to open the store and there is only one. Brent, who is the manager is never available. This has been confirmed officially on March 31, 2026 with Ashton Tech with another check and no supervisor or manager available. Further actions will be taken thank you for the opportunity in this review.
A Marie,First time.. I had a discount coupon. I was greeted with kindness and smiles. The guy was definitely a professional. I'm gad I gave them a try. They did a great job. Doing what they do. They went over everything with me. It didn't take forever like Firestone where I used to go. This is my now my new oil change place.
Tammy Thompson,Wonderful customer service here. This is certainly a focus for this company. Overall, the oil change service was excellent. The customer stays in the car, and a team of workers give updates on their progress ~to you~ while they are working, including a look at the clear new oil on the dipstick when done. Other fluids and tires topped off too. They did a great job! This close one-on-one service is a nice switch from other companies. A Jiffy Lube employee vandalized the interior of one of my vehicles. Maybe Take 5 has heard stories like this, and has worked to earn customer trust. My only complaint is the price. This is not an inexpensive service. Tiers go from $89.00 to $122.00. My bill was $102.00 with discounts.
