I came to Take 5 for a simple oil change, but Aaliyah turned it into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had anywhere. The moment I pulled in, she greeted me with confidence, professionalism, and a genuine positive attitude that set the tone immediately. Aaliyah knows her job inside and out. She explained everything clearly, broke down what I needed without any pressure, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. Her communication, her knowledge, and the way she carries herself show that she truly takes pride in what she does. It’s rare to meet someone who can make a routine service feel this smooth and this welcoming. Because of Aaliyah, Take 5 earned a loyal customer today. She represents the company at the highest level, and I appreciate the way she treated me. If you go to Take 5, ask for Aaliyah. She’s the reason I’ll be coming back.
First time I went here they did a good job for a fair price and we're very professional and today I went and they were packed but I don't make a big deal out of waiting when there's like 30 cars there I guess they must be pretty good or they wouldn't be that busy and they helped me out with an issue I was having I appreciate them helping me today and we're really nice despite how busy they were
The service on my 2019 Lexus IS300 was amazing! They completed a full synthetic oil change in under 20 minutes. Mike and Justin did a great job, and Mike even applied a nice discount to lower the price. They checked all the filters and wipers, and topped off the fluids with absolutely no upselling pressure. They provide honest, hardworking, and professional service. I will definitely be back!
