Oil Change in Port Charlotte, FL at 19400 Cochran Blvd

I’ve been coming here for about 3 years now and have always had good if not decent service. However I came in this week and had the pleasure of speaking with two of the kindest gentlemen I have met. I was greeted by a young man named Aiden who was very professional and kind who made sure to get me and my children waters and let me know that it shouldn’t be long as the lanes were all full but they were wrapping up. When I pulled up into the lane when it was my turn I was working with Curtis to make sure my car was checked in and he talked me through every step with a smile and was very informative. I did not get the name of the gentleman who was under the car but he did a great job as well. This was the smoothest I have seen the store run the entire time I have been there and felt very comfortable during the entire oil change process. Thank you for the hard work and kindness.

Aiden was so sweet, attentive and caring about time! He was thorough, walked me through the process of the oil change and all the things they check for. He asked permission before doing anything with my car, like checking the cabin filter and he was very honest when I asked him about my wiper blades, telling me to turn the wipers on after he topped off my windshield washer fluid. We decided i didnt need new ones right now. It was a very pleasant experience and I'm so grateful to have found a place that is kind and patient and I dont feel like they are belittling me or annoyed with me being there. Nick and Aiden make a great team and I was very impressed with the dynamics there!

I recently visited Take 5 on Cochran Boulevard for an oil change, and I have to say the service was outstanding. I want to give a special shout out to Aiden, Curtis, and Justin for being so professional, courteous, and helpful throughout the entire process. They not only handled my oil change and cabin filter replacement, coolant flush, but they also went above and beyond when some unexpected difficulties came up. Aiden worked diligently to make sure everything was resolved and did everything he could to help us. His patience, professionalism, and dedication truly stood out. What impressed us most was how well the team worked together and how kind and respectful they were to us as customers. Phenomenal! I'm a busy person and just didn't have time to make a project out of getting an oil change. 100% Rockstars! First time in, stayed in car, got me a bottled water, cleaned windows and gave me THE BEST DEAL around. Synthetic oil service on my car. Fastest oil change ever. Professional and on top of it crew. They checked the level afterwards and even reset the counter. I haven't seen customer service like this in YEARS! You won't regret it!

I was there yesterday getting an oil change. They were jamming and working very hard. I could tell they had a great system and team. They all worked very well together. What caught my attention most, was the manager Kalee, he was exceptionally friendly and courteous to everyone client who came through that garage. He went above and beyond to please everyone. He had a very nice and positive attitude. It was very refreshing. He deserves a raise, you don’t want to lose an employee like him!!
