Came in about a week ago got my oil changed and they also recommended I changed one of my filters. Everything went smoothly. They gave me bottles of water. They were making jokes, a great atmosphere, and the manager and the other workers were really nice. I would recommend to go to this place to get your oil changed.

Went to 5250 S Florida Ave Lakeland, FL 33813 i arrived at 930 am on Saturday 2/21/26 and the guy body language clearly showed annoyed that he got a customer so i left! Went to another location later in the day around 1230 pm 5126 US Hwy 98 N, Lakeland, FL 33809 location super busy wasn’t a problem at all, my 6 year old and i waited patiently for over 30 minutes. 2 cars that arrived after me gets their oil changed first, and when i asked how much longer and mentioned i arrived before both cars that were being serviced the guy sarcastically said im sorry i dont keep track of who pulls in first, and while walking away says ill find out how long, but visibly goes and talk shit so what do i do LEAVE once again after sitting over 30 minutes!!!!! After 2 fails in one day i went home to see who could be my new service provider. Woke up Sunday 2/22/26 with a pinch of hope left for the plant city location and they delivered the customer satisfaction any and all customers deserve! 5 star for plant city! Other 2 listed locations 0 stars!!

Joseph Catalano,Staff was amazing, 2nd time I have taken my company car here. First time was 6 months ago and the service wasn’t that good. Staff didn’t talk to me nor discuss anything with me. I took it here yesterday and a total difference. They informed me of everything they were doing. I believe the managers name was Mike, he was absolutely amazing making sure I knew everything that was going on, making the experience more enjoyable, they did better than the Cadillac dealership that I take my personal car to. Thank you guys.

He also asked about my differentials, which were in serious need of service, with caked metal buildup on the cap. I truly appreciated the level of care and attention he brought to the experience. I also had the opportunity to observe the interaction among the team, and it was refreshing to see such a positive, collaborative work environment. As a VP for a large bank, I don’t say this lightly great customer service and team culture truly stand out.
