At first I was a little skeptical due to it was my first time and AI had quote me wrong on price. I brought my own Mobile One oil and just needed an oil filter and change. Edward twas very knowledgeable and curious with much respect. Compted the oil change due to I needed my radiator flushed and differential all so needed flushed & changed. Found me some discounts and had me on my way. He explained that in doing the radiator he was experiencing some air bubbles and air hissing when doing the flush and to keep my eye on the temp. I had gone across the street to Advance Auto to pick up a part and as I got into my truck, I received a call from Edward explaining he had ran it from the top instead of from the bottom and if I could come back so he could correct it. I did and he did. Talk about being shocked in this day & age that someone would step up & be honest about a mistake that was made instead of just letting it go and I would be none the wiser. That's character and complete exposure unheard of today. Just one more thing, Edward was testing & teaching his crew the whole time I was there.Everyone was staying busy cleaning up when not with a customer. I'm a new customer for here on!
Take 5 was a 5 star experience. When I drive up I was greeted with smile and a water. That was such a great touch being in Florida and 100 degrees outside! The technicians were all so professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend take 5 on Pensacola Blvd in Pensacola fl for your car needs! In and out so quick! Even offered a water to go! That's service!! Again these technicians are servicing with a smile in again Florida's 100° heat!
