Although I live in Crestview, I was in Pensacola for an appointment and decided to go ahead and get my oil changed while there. I had great service. My service technician was extremely helpful and professional. My car basically has a much needed mini makeover after moving here from Clovis. New air filters and windshield wipers. I wish I wasn’t terrible with names so I could give the technicians name. On the service slip it has Donnie and Shedrick. I’m pretty sure it was Shedrick I was working with. I hope the company knows what an asset he is to their business.

I’ve always used Mobil 1 full synthetic oil as my overwhelming preference for all of my vehicles and I was informed on this visit that you no longer offer Mobil 1 as an option… only Penzoil. I accepted Penzoil this time as I was already there and on a tight schedule. I won’t be back unless I know that Mobil 1 is once again an option.
Mark Dill,This is the place to take your three quarter ton and one ton trucks to. The use Shell Rotella, the best oil you can buy for your Duramax 6.6 engine. I got a better quality oil change for a lot lower price than going to the dealership and it was fast. John and the crew were all professional and courteous. They have earned a repeat customer because this is the only place I will get my oil changed in Pensacola. Great experience! I’m super happy.

I mean he really went to full nine to make sure I had a good experience and make sure I have good service and Making sure I was comfortable with the pricing he just was the ultimate representative for take five and I’m sorry I can’t remember his name. Hopefully it’s somewhere in the computer somewhere for service on March 8. My car is running so smooth. And the air conditioner pills the air filter is more fresh since the new filter. Awesome experience
angela mccall,Came by for oil change, after checking oil gauge by technician I was advised one was not needed. The change had been done last November, car had been brought in by my daughter, I didn't remember. I asked if he could check the air vent filter, he checked and a filter was not needed. Thanks to the technician for his patience that he took time to serviced me on April 29, 2026.
