(Translated by Google) They didn't do any inspection or top up the windshield washer fluid; they just wanted to replace everything—filters and wiper blades, to be honest. They need better customer service and to focus more on customer needs. (Original) No hicieron ninguna revisión ni relleno de líquido para el parabrisas, solo querían cambiarme todo, filtros y plumas para el parabrisas, la verdad. Necesitan más servicio al cliente y dedicar su atención al requerimiento del cliente
Excellent service. Both technicians that serviced my Tundra were polite, knew their job and did great work. I wish I could remember their names the deserve recognition in my book, however both names have slipped my mind. I would recommend Take 5 to friends and family along with anyone looking for great service. It was my first time and they did great. Will definitely be back when service is due.
Take 5 did a great job of making me feel like family! I felt included in the process as they explained every step and didn't make me feel uncomfortable or try to take advantage of me! The staff went above and beyond to make my experience the best!! I will definetly be coming back not only for the service but for the free top ups!
