Tyson and his crew (very polite young man but I can’t remember his name) did a fantastic job with my oil change. Told me every step of the way what was happening, showed me the dipstick after they changed the oil, topped off all of my fluids, checked my tire pressure and level them off to 36 pounds… This is the best visit I’ve ever had; this guy really needs to be training other 5-Minute oil change locations how to do their business because he did things I never even seen before Well done 👍
Leslie Jacobson,The team was professional, understood what service was needed, they didn't lie or oversell what was needed. Great customer service. They taught me about how they can clean my enigne with they machine in 10 mins. I let them use the machine and it certainly vacuumed the dirt into a part of the machine where I could see how diirty the engine was. I noticed right away that the engine idled more smoothly and seem more quiet.
B Whyms-Rosario,We took two vehicles to get regular service because we’re in the middle of a move to the area and our full service garage where we’re moving From is only open weekdays limited hours. The vehicles were serviced on two different days, one right after the other, and that should tell you something. The staff is friendly and experienced, we know because we had quite a conversation about mechanics. While some of the parts are more expensive than if you bought it yourself, sometimes you gotta just do what’s best for your vehicles. Don’t be cheap, take care of your vehicle!
Bks Zoo,After waiting a couple hours at Walmart, I finally went across the way to Take 5 and Antonio met me at the car, offered me a water and had me pull right in to be worked on. That fast! No long wait. The prices were affordable AND at about the same price as Walmart would have been, the young men working, Terrell, Jay and Antonio, performed other maintenance tasks on my vehicle! It was so wonderful and they were very attentive and I'm impressed with the excellent quality of service. Antonio was even kind enough to take the time to explain to me on what other services could be provided on my next visit, and what I can be aware of. In one short period, I've become a future regular. I will definitely be coming back here for future maintenance. Thank you again gentlemen for a great experience!
Calamity Artist,Friendly service waited about 20 minutes while they finished a car ahead of me. Topped off all my fluids. Replaced my wiper blades for me and checked my tire pressure in all my tires. Shop is very clean. Will be going back again for my next service. Not very happy that they do not use mobile 1 oil anymore.
