I recently had an exceptional experience with this location. For the first time in a while, Take 5 actually went through all the steps they advertise and more. They patiently listened to my concerns & went beyond the call of duty to make sure my concerns were addressed. Transmission, filters, tires, possible leaks, types of oil, my computer codes ... They physically looked at, not necessarily worked on, but inspected to ease my mind. While one worked on the physical aspects, one worked addressing my concerns by speaking with me.
It was my first time ever to change my oil with you guys and let me tell you about my experience. I can’t believe it. It was awesome. The young man that took care of me. Antonio was excellent in greeting and explaining what types of oil changes they were and that’s what I was there for an oil change my first time with my new car even though I told him it was a used carpet. I was gonna start giving it. It’s maintenance now and he was gonna be the first one to change the oil on it for me and him and his associate that I’ll be honest I don’t remember his name but they’re like brothers. they’re like teamwork. I loved it. They are fantastic together working like a team and I love their charisma. Their knowledge, the professionalism I’m telling you I’m definitely going back and definitely telling everybody about my experience at the one that is in luck that’s why you gotta go see Antonio thank you Antonio totally appreciated..
Tyson and his crew (very polite young man but I can’t remember his name) did a fantastic job with my oil change. Told me every step of the way what was happening, showed me the dipstick after they changed the oil, topped off all of my fluids, checked my tire pressure and level them off to 36 pounds… This is the best visit I’ve ever had; this guy really needs to be training other 5-Minute oil change locations how to do their business because he did things I never even seen before Well done 👍
