It was my first time ever to change my oil with you guys and let me tell you about my experience. I can’t believe it. It was awesome. The young man that took care of me. Antonio was excellent in greeting and explaining what types of oil changes they were and that’s what I was there for an oil change my first time with my new car even though I told him it was a used carpet. I was gonna start giving it. It’s maintenance now and he was gonna be the first one to change the oil on it for me and him and his associate that I’ll be honest I don’t remember his name but they’re like brothers. they’re like teamwork. I loved it. They are fantastic together working like a team and I love their charisma. Their knowledge, the professionalism I’m telling you I’m definitely going back and definitely telling everybody about my experience at the one that is in luck that’s why you gotta go see Antonio thank you Antonio totally appreciated..
I’m a 20 year old woman who knows ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about cars. Went in for an oil change yesterday and the employees were absolutely phenomenal!! The guy who was mainly speaking to me was very patient with me when I couldn’t hear him over the machines and when I didn’t understand a damned word he said because I don’t speak car lol. They didn’t try to up-charge me for anything, and the manager even came up and told me to call if I had any issues. They even cleaned my windshield for me afterwards! Definitely will be returning for future maintenance.we really need more places like this one! I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with mechanics. Jiffy lube gave me a $300 bill for one of my past oil changes because they did a bunch of extra stuff that I never asked for and Walmart never knows what they’re doing. Working with these guys was definitely a breath of fresh air!
Had a wonderful experience getting my oil changed from Terrell and Kendrick today. It only took about 20 minutes! They were very professional showed me what they were doing Throughout the process of the oil change. I also changed my wiper blades and cabin air filter. My AC blows stronger and my windshield is much cleaner now thank you very much Terrell and Kendrick. Fantastic job!
