Jace did amazing as well as their new employee, young 18 year old (Osvaldo I believe). But we went on Memorial day (5/25/25) and the crew was kind, excellent customer service!! (Why I love this place), they checked all of our fluid levels, and even cleaned our mirrors. Prices as always affordable and best oil change experience. I have been with them for the past 8 years and will continue to utilize Take 5 for my oil.
Pace Parents NJROTC,Went today to get my oil changed and they were super busy (but very quick, which was SO helpful since my toddler was with me!🤩) They did an amazing job and did replace my air filter (I think that’s the one?) and the cabin air filter, which was MUCH needed😖!! They weren’t pushy about it AT ALL though, just recommended and I couldn’t say no after they showed them to me😅🙌🏼!!! Shay (maybe Jaysen?) whoever was my main guy today was fabulous!! Very communicative (huge plus to me, especially when it comes to my car!!), honest, and efficient!!
Kelley Pruitt,I had a great experience with Shea, the manager/technician at Take 5 Oil Change in Pace, Florida. 2 months ago I came in for an oil change and was told my coolant levels were uneven and that I needed a flush and refill, which I went ahead and did. Today my car overheated, and when I checked under the hood the coolant reservoir was completely empty. I carefully drove back to Take 5 and explained the situation. Shea immediately pulled up my service records, inspected everything, and found that the previous technician had not properly completed the job. Shea was fast, honest, and professional. He showed me exactly what was going on, refilled the coolant completely, and took care of it at no charge. He also explained that he’s new to this location and is working hard to improve the quality of service there. Shea absolutely deserves five stars. Take 5 made a great decision sending him to this branch. Excellent customer service and integrity—thank you!

Seth was honest, straightforward, and only gave recommendations for things that actually needed attention. That kind of integrity is hard to find these days. 🔧 I highly recommend this place, and Seth in particular. They’ve got a great one on their team — don’t let him leave! 🙌
