Staff was friendly and helpful also offered me water. Would go there again. Only thing I would say is that they need to do a better job at letting things get oily under the car I came home and checked it as I always do when I get my oil changed and it was messy nothing leaking but oil over all the bottom other than that I think it’s a great place.
Service was solid. I was greeted by a very friendly tech with a bottle of water (which I happened to need) and didn't wait long to pull in. They didn't try to upsell at any point. Quick, efficient, polite, and legit. Tip: Know the oil you need. Local? Go with basic. Lots of highway? Upgrade it. Vet discount (ID.me verification) is appreciated.
I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change thanks to Jey. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel pressured. The service was quick, efficient, and I appreciated his attention to detail. It’s great to see someone who genuinely cares about customer service and making sure the job is done right. I highly recommend asking for Jey if you visit Take 5!
