If I could give 10 stars I would! I pulled in Saturday evening like 20 minutes to close. I’m a bartender with terrible hours and my dash said I had 10 miles till service but I drive 60 miles a day for work. Well while these 2 young men were servicing another car my car kept dying. They tried helping me and instead of turning me away considering I wasn’t even pulled up in their building. They chose to call their boss to help me. They were able to get me started and into their garage for an oil change. I’m pretty sure u was there after hours and they were so pleasant and helpful. Shame on me for not getting their names. Thank u guys soooo much for always treating me respectfully and never making me feel like cause I’m a women I’m an helpless. Highly suggest females go here and pretty everyone I’ve been to.
My wife and I purchased a used Lexus RX350 , in the past I have been the one to do all of vehicle maintenance, now that I am getting older we decided to take a chance with a drive thru oil change business, so I naturally asked a lot of questions during my visit , the technician Eric was extremely helpful explaining everything to my wife and I , different qualities of oil & filters etc. Take 5 in Ocala on Baseline Rd & there employees have completely changed our outlook and will express in the future to support this business, and will continue to visit in the future Thank you Take 5
