,Great guys, great place, over all I highly recommend this place. If you are having a problem with your car, stop in and ask! It’s really a blessing to be able to go there and get the service you get. Top notch. Respectful. I asked the manager about my Ty-Rods. 2 years ago I was told they were so worn out…… They were not! That was discount tire in New Smyrna Beach, Fla! They will say anything to get your money. This manage from Take 5 Oil, took pictures of my Ty-Rods. He was honest with me. That speaks volumes! Oh and my oil was checked as well.

Early Saturday morning around 9am I arrive no lines no waiting. I was greeted by an older gentleman, didn't get his name. He captured the usual info from me. Mileage and fleet info since I was in my company truck. I pulled in and then was greeted by another young man. He asked my name and I replied Steven, and he said same as mine. I must say, that brief interaction with this young man Steven was a breathe of fresh air to customer service. Im sure most can admit, customer service is NOT like it use to be. He was up to date on current events (gas prices) and even asked my opinion on the matter. I was so impressed by his genuine kindness and professionalism with a hint of humor personality. For the 1st time in history after getting a oil change. I gave Steven a well deserved compliment and a $5 tip and I let it be known to him, this is my first time every giving one for a oil change. Keep up the good work Steven and I will see you in another 3000 miles.

I received excellent service from Caleb and Jevans. I had just bought a car and asked them to change an air filter for me. They offered a Customer Check on the vehicle to make sure everything was in good working condition. They said it would take 10 minutes, so I agreed. They were honest with me about when things looked good. They didn't try to look for ways for me to spend money unnecessarily. They made a document for me of everything they looked at, and what will need to be addressed soon in the future. They even offered me common concerns that happen with my specific make and model to keep an eye out for as the years go on. I very much appreciate the integrity and dedication to customer service. I will be returning for services in the future. Great job, guys!

I have an irrational fear of driving over the pits. My odds of falling into one are low, but never 0 😐. Anyway - Caleb was very kind and offered to drive it in for me, but I did it myself. He was incredibly patient while he guided me SAFELY into place. I was given a cold bottle of water and excellent service with the oil change. Steven guided my exit just as patiently. Even with my phobia driven antics, I was in and out in no time! Thank you Caleb & Steven
