Oil Change. This was my first time here, and I felt like I was Royalty LOL. I was greeted with a very friendly Tech, and she brought me a cold bottle of water. It was all hands-on deck, and they checked way more than the other oil change place that I have been going to. They were very informative and even showed me all the liquids they changed or checked and let me know what I needed to be concerned with, without trying to up sell. I will be bringing my company and personal vehicles back. The price was worth the service!!!! 5+ Stars Thanks - JB
5 stars all the way! My son and I had such a great experience at Take 5 in Lynn Haven. I could be wrong, but I am pretty sure Amber was training a new employee while still being extremely professional, thorough, and attentive the entire time. Honestly, if I hadn’t overheard or eavesdropped at her explaining things to him for training purposes, then I never would’ve known he was new because of how amazing and professional he was already at his job. She was doing an amazing job teaching him. I started coming to this Take 5 a little over a year ago, but have always used other Take 5 locations near by, and she checked and explained things that past employees never have. She offered additional services without being pushy at all, and if I had the extra money that day, I honestly would’ve said yes because I trusted her recommendations completely. Amber deserves recognition, praise, and honestly a raise for the level of customer service and professionalism she provided. Excellent experience from start to finish! I definitely will return back to this location just because she works there. Hopefully she will take control of my next oil change when I come to not only get my free top off, but to get my complete oil change again in the future. I have attached a photo showing my invoice for proof of service. Also, proof that Amber was the technicians who took care of my son and I at the bottom of the invoice/proof of service.
Wow. A co worker told me to try Take Five after many terrible experiences with GreasePro. I was nervous but that immediately went away as soon as Amber came up and started my oil change. She greeted me with an ice cold water, was so knowledgeable and she was kind. Take Five filled my car fluids- a step that Grease Pro says they include but it hasn’t been done the last few times I’ve gone there. Take Five even washed my windows. Thanks Amber and Take Five for making getting an oil change a pleasant experience again. See yall next time. ◡̈
