We had a very good experience getting the oil changed in my car yesterday at Take 5 in Lecanto, FL. The crew was very helpful and friendly. I estimate that it took about 15 minutes. My wife and I are both handicapped and we didn't even have to get out of the car. Big bonus for me is that they gave me a 25% veterans discount through ID Me. Much better (and cheaper) than spending half a day at the dealership where I bought the car.

The Lecanto location was phenomenal! Based off other oil change competitors, it's kind of odd to have experienced an oil change that was anything except average. This crew was very energetic, engaging, and made sure any questions/concerns were addressed. They also knew exactly how to reset my oil light whereas at other places I’ve gone to, I've had to drive away with it and have my partner reset it at the house. It's a small thing, but it was greatly appreciated. Thank you to the Lecanto team for an unexpectedly wonderful experience!
