Taylor D,Went and got my normal oil change today and right before I got there my check engine light came on. When I pulled up and turned my car off my fan was blowing under the hood. The technician Nevaeh was amazing!!! Greeted me with an ice cold water and a smile. She is well spoken and very polite. She explained everything to me so I was able to understand in layman’s terms what was going on. She did a coolant test and my coolant was 5 parts water to one part anti freeze which is not good as it should be 50/50. She was very helpful explaining what was going on and they filled up my coolant for me so my car wouldn’t overheat driving back home as I live in a different state and was just down here for the weekend visiting. I appreciated her so much and was very happy with my service. The oil change went great and quick. Offered to put air in the tires (but I declined since I had just filled them myself) and windshield cleaned.
