You pull up, they guide you in garage, sell you a package. There are 4 to pick from, they will also check air filters, windshield wipers and other things. I left at 6:36 and was home by 7:12. Cody did a great job, called me by name, got me taken care of. They are all very friendly and made sure you were safe pulling in and out of garage as well while working on your car. Will be back going forward to get my oil changed. Oh they clean your windshield spotless before you leave!

Dustin is friendly and doesn’t offer anything that is not needed and he explains the “why” in each suggestion he makes for my car. He is extremely knowledgeable and is never put off by questions that I may have. Cody was pleasant and made me comfortable by explaining the service being provided. James jumped in when needed to assist and was eager to help. They work as a team - like a well “oiled” machine! We waited about 10 minutes before we were allowed to drive into the bay. The technician had our information as we are repeat customers. The whole process took about 10-15 minutes and we were on our way. Very professional and very courteous.
