This is an organized and service oriented establishment. All employees I encountered were informative, helpful and respectful. We all need oil changes, but we have choices where to have it done. I will be loyal to this particular shop (and mind you not the closest shop to home) because the men working here know what they are doing and are very respectful. Truthfully I meant to contact the owner to compliment the workers giving me a great experience. I wish them much success!
I love Take 5. I went to the new location at Southside and Atlantic Blvd. It was busy. It took about 45 minutes to get through. They did not drain the oil like I am used to, but they sucked it out using a vacuum pump. Not sure how effective that is in draining the oil from below and checking for metal fragments on the magnet on the plug, or even checking for leaks, or even changing the oil filter. I asked and it helps to keep people out of the pit. They said that is easier and safer on the car, which is not true. They were also unable to check the cabin filter because they didn’t know how to open it. They also did not check the engine air filter. Not a good trip.
Had a wonderful experience at this Take 5 location thanks to Toby and Gordon. Both were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. They took the time to explain the available options without pressuring me toward the most expensive choice, which I really appreciated. The service was efficient, and they double-checked everything to ensure it was done correctly. Excellent customer service from start to finish!
