My experience at this location has been very refreshing, they took care of my car with care and recommended things that I truly needed. Tony checked my cabin air filter which has never been checked at ANY take 5 location before! It was so dirty I’m ashamed to say. But I’m glad it got taken care of because it was needed! This is probably the BEST location I’ve been to since I’ve been going to take 5. My services were Toby (Manage) and Elijah( assistant). They were really friendly and helpful! John Owen greeted me with a bottle of ice-cold water right away, which was a lifesaver in this hot weather. He and his partner worked very well together and provided excellent service with great attention to detail. Both John Owen and Elijah were very patient, professional, and thorough throughout the entire service. Honestly, this has been the best customer experience I’ve had at any chain location so far. Highly recommend this location—great team and outstanding service!

I had an outstanding experience at Take 5 Oil Change! From the moment I pulled in, the team was friendly, professional, and extremely efficient. They walked me through everything they were doing, didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary, and had me in and out in no time. Did an oil change there for the first time, great experience. They explained everything, were kind and thorough. I will definitely go back. They are a little costly. Might I suggest that for first timers they offer the coupon as a courtesy. Otherwise they do a bit of everything to off fluids , tire pressure and oil change all without you leaving your car. The location is great as there is a gas station and car wash all in the same lot

I had an amazing experience at Take 5 today. I’m not from Jacksonville, I came for work and this morning my car started making a really bad noise. I stopped there because I was a little desperate — I needed to get to work and just needed a quick solution so I could drive safely. Toby and another team member were incredibly kind and helpful. They immediately took a look at my car and explained what was going on. They found that the oil filter from my previous oil change had been installed very poorly and was already coming loose, which could have been very dangerous. They were fast, efficient, and extremely professional. More than that, they were genuinely kind and understanding of my situation. They truly saved my day. Great customer service, honest people, and excellent work. If I could give more than five stars, I would. I’m very grateful for their help and highly recommend this location. Thank you again guys!
