I just left Take five oil change and had the best experience I’ve ever had a Mechanic shop. Had a long day at work and I got a CJ took care of my car. CJ made sure my service was done as fast as possible, and provided me with great advice on how to properly maintain my wife’s car. CJ also made the moment memorable because he asked me about my family which reminded me on how lucky I am to even have them after having a hard day. It costs nothing to make someone feel like family and CJ did just that at Take 5.
This was definitely a 5 star experience. I just happened to go to this new location after leaving the location of a competitor that I patronized for several years. What led me to 5star was the disrespectful treatment that I received from the competitor. I happened to strike gold because the customer service at 5 star is nothing short than top notch. Thanks again!!!!
Always very courteous, professional, and fast. I have only been there twice, but times they\nFound a coupon to help me save money.And this last world change even chased a giant wasp out of my car that had flown in by accident. I highly recommend for oil changes, fluid top offs, tire pressure top off, a quick smile, and saving your life by chasing flying insects away 😁
