I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change off Max Leggett Pmwy! The customer service was outstanding from the moment I arrived. Everyone took the time to explain the services they recommended, answered all of my questions, and even helped me find the best available discounts without making me feel pressured. Raheem was especially polite, professional, and efficient throughout the entire visit. Maurice, who appeared to be the team lead, did a great job leading the team and ensuring everything ran smoothly. It was clear they genuinely cared about providing great customer service. The entire process was quick, easy, and stress-free. I'll definitely be returning and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for honest, friendly, and efficient service!
I went in around noon on July 2nd and had a wonderful experience. All of the workers were incredibly nice and willing to explain the costs for me, they hooked me up with a 25% discount, and they kept me laughing with jokes the whole time. I was very broke and spending the very last of my money on this oil change so that discount really meant the world to me. I was not having a great day and they really made it much better. The service was great, but the personalities were better. I did not get their names but all three workers in the bay were awesome.
I was going to another take five and got disappointed with them. So I tried one closer to my house and I love it I love it! They were so nice and helpful on everything I needed. I will certainly be going back there! The employees were exceptional. So polite and courteous I loved it and fun! Will certainly recommend❤️ they also had me in and out in no time.
