Delvin and Nathan were absolutely awesome. Genuinely the best experience I’ve had at an oil change place. Was super busy earlier today and this sweet Hispanic guy with wavy black hair got us waters; told us it would be an hour so we went and had our day then came back. I wish I got his name too because him doing that saved us a lot of time and I was truly thankful. A really amazing team here, amazing speeds/ service and of course quality. Even knew how to go into my settings and turn off the pesky little you need maintenance now thing. (For whatever reason my car just refused to update.) Thank you guys a million billion times over and I truly hope you all know you’re an amazing team that truly make a difference. Heck I’d even go as far to say I’d much rather go here than a dealership. Everyone seems super knowledgeable. WAY waaaay nicer too!

I had a really great experience here yesterday around 4 PM. When I pulled up, there were already quite a few cars there, so it was pretty obvious there would be a bit of a wait. The staff also told me immediately that their payment system was having issues and that it could slow things down. I really appreciated the transparency right from the start. Even with that going on, the employees were extremely apologetic and kept everyone updated the whole time. It clearly wasn’t something they could control, but they were doing everything they could to keep things moving and take care of customers. Unfortunately, there was a man there causing a scene because he didn’t agree with the pricing. Instead of just deciding it wasn’t for him and leaving, he stood there arguing and creating a disruption for everyone else waiting. It was honestly uncomfortable to watch and seemed more like a personal issue than anything related to the workers there. What stood out to me was how the staff handled it. They showed a lot more patience and humanity than he did. They stayed calm, respectful, and professional the entire time while he was clearly trying to push their buttons. Also, yes — the price for an oil change here is higher than what you might pay doing it yourself or going somewhere less convenient. But that’s kind of the point. You’re paying for the convenience of pulling in, staying in your car, and having it done quickly. If someone is looking for the absolute lowest rate possible, then doing your own oil change at home is always an option. Reading some of the negative reviews from the same day is honestly surprising because the employees were doing their best in a situation that was out of their control. The team handled everything with professionalism and kindness, and they absolutely deserve recognition for that. I’ll definitely be back for my next oil change. 👍

The team are always professional, polite, super friendly, and accurate. They don’t try to Upsell, but are very helpful with recommendations if needed. Like out of my way to come to the Beach Boulevard location. I’ve never had any issues or concerns only. Excellent excellent excellent service. And I typically have a coupon, that they send me right around the time I’m due for my oil change. I love to Take five. And I tell you, I’ve tried other places like Valvoline, and even the dealership, but I always find Take five to be trustworthy, honest , efficient and helpful. I prefer that over the dealer any day, I get in and out quickly and like I said, I always have a coupon and the team doesn’t get any better! Bravo to their hiring manager!!!

It was great. They greeted me right away and offered me a cold bottle of water. Daniel and Griffin walked me through the process and I was out of there in 15 minutes - new windshield wiper blades, all new filters including one I didn’t even know I had, tires aired and a smile on my face. Thanks!!
