We’ve been taking all of our cars here for the past ten years. Joseph appears to run the shop here. He does a phenomenal job at training, customer service and is extremely efficient. They always do a thorough job and never oversell you. They let you know when service doesn’t need to be done and recommends when you need additional service even if it’s outside of Take 5. I trust them. They’ve never steered us wrong and always give us a fair price. As a military family we also get a discount which has been super helpful. Great job to Joseph and his team. Yall are rockstars!! P. S. Joseph deserves a raise. He’s steady and reliable. Hands down the best oil change shop in town.

Butch Ferrizzi,I always go here and get good fast service. This time they did not clean some oil residue around the filter and some puddled on my paver driveway. Overall they are thorough and check everything out. This was an unusual event. For pricing I checked AI and based on the analysis of shops in the area paying 175 and getting 25 percent off makes it a retail normal price. Paying 175 though would be high. And it suggested others that were actually lower. So I might check into them.

Chris walked me through what was happening and even helped me reset my car’s notification for the oil change. Gunner showed me the details of my oil and ALL of them were super friendly and helpful!! Amanda Wilkins,I’ve always taken my car to the dealership to be serviced. I decided to try Take 5 in Mandarin(near JCbridge). These people were the absolute best! There were several working on my car (overdue oil change) with one informing me of what was being done. This was the easiest process, no pressure sales, no decisions except which package I wanted. Tech told me to stop in for air pressure checks and basic fluids at anytime. Truly a pleasant experience. Extremely pleasant staff! I will be returning!
