I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change! From the moment I pulled in, the service was fast, professional, and incredibly friendly. This young man named Darien. He really stood out—he was knowledgeable, respectful, and made sure everything was explained clearly without any pressure. He worked efficiently but still took the time to answer my questions and make me feel comfortable with the whole process. It’s not often you come across customer service like that anymore. I truly appreciated the positive attitudes and attention to detail. If you’re looking for a quick, smooth, and trustworthy oil change, I highly recommend this location. Big thanks to Darien for making it a five-star experience!
I have been a regular customer of theirs for many years in the Ocala location and now they have continued their excellent service here in the Inverness area. They offer top quality oil change and products at a reasonable price and they certainly go the extra mile when it comes to customer service. Hello to Quan and his associates.Quan was very respectful and made some excellent recommendations for air filter and cabin air filter. I’m glad he did because my cabin air filter looks like it hadn’t been changed in forever. Great job and thank you, Quan.
I went to Take 5 Oil Change for an oil change after getting a quote over the phone, but when I arrived, the price quoted in person was almost double. It seems like the call center gives incorrect pricing details, which was definitely frustrating. However, Javi made up for the initial miscommunication. When I explained what happened, he stepped in, took complete care of the situation, and went above and beyond to make things completely right. He made sure I was taken care of without any hassle, far exceeding my expectations. While the call center definitely needs to improve their quoting accuracy, Javi’s exceptional customer service, honesty, and dedication completely earned my trust.
