This here is the local branch to go to. After an unsettling experience at one branch to the north, where one of the technicians was excessively political, and one experience at a branch to the south, where “take five“ turned into “take an hour without any service whatsoever and then be forced to drive off without transaction”, the people behind the SR52 branch made things quick and easy in an extremely professional way. The staffing dynamic appeared to be that of an older guy who knew everything there was to know about engines, new and old, and a younger guy who is perhaps his understudy, and they worked as an extremely effective team. I don’t mean to get anyone in trouble with the corporation, however their upselling was very brief and polite and not pushy at all. I was out of there in about 20 minutes or so. I count myself truly blessed that this branch is the one that’s closest to my house, but even if you have to pass one of the other ones to get here, I would highly recommend doing that.

I came in for an oil change and also purchased an engine filter after the tech showed me what mine looked like...the two techs were courteous, efficient, thorough, and no pushy upselling. They reset my oil life on my dash and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I will definitely go back there and I highly recommend this location.

I called and spoke to Nick, the manager. He immediately apologized and wanted my car back in asap to make it right. I brought it in and he took care of everything for me. I appreciate it so much! He definitely cares about his work and his customers. I was hesitant to ever go back but I'll definitely go see him when my car is due for service.
