one of the VERY few times i got in right away w/o a long wait!! meaning 3 bays available, 1 bay being used! Jordan my initial contact was very polite, genuinely happy and VERY professional looking. The MoD i gather is mgr on duty, she left a lot to be desired compared to Jordan. The gentleman who actually serviced my truck, Kevin, looked the part, but was pleasant and helpful. For clarification a 2 nd bay was eventually opened right as i left. Garbage was literally overflowing and spilling over. Place needs some spiffing up and corporate oversite so at least we get the impression that Take 5 in general gives a shit.
8/20/26 Update: was there earlier in the morning again and I was put right in a bay for service. Great people. Not pushy. Unfortunately budget was for an oil change only but they were very educational on KIA standards and benefits of replacing filters in cabin and engine. Great job,efficient and friendly as always. I was there at 8:15 am so there was no wait. The staff was efficient and friendly. I was shown my air filter that had a little dust on it but I was not pressured to purchase a new one. I appreciate that i was told this one was still good. I didn't honk my horn for great service, I thought a 5 star review would be much better. Great job!!!
Staff was friendly and accommodating for my oil change and other service needs. They were also able to change the air filter on my jaguar, one of the techs even left to go get the filter, so I would not be inconvenienced. I highly recommend this establishment for all of your oil change and other vehicle service needs. They were attentive and friendly and provided overall top notch efficient service.
