10-30 once again A+! I would give 10 stars if I could Vincent, Mandi and the rest of the team are absolutely amazing, professional and above all HONEST! Go there, skip the dealership and get the services you actually need, without high pressure add on tactics Finally, an honest and friendly establishment that does great work without up charging and flat out lying. I quit going to the dealership years ago for those very reasons. I’ve been going to take five in Orange Park for a while and I’m so glad we have one in the Cove! Thank you Cassie, Lexi and Milo for great customer service and above all honesty. You have a customer for life!!
Great service, great price Mandi was very thorough. She explained their offers and the how it would help with the performance of my Hyundai Tucson. Her and Vince communicated back and forth to let each other know what they were doing to make sure everything was done right. I will definitely continue to be a loyal customer. Thank you Mandi and Vince my car is no longer ticking and is running great. Keep up the great work.
Phenomenal experience from start to finish! The staff was helpful I was greeted almost instantly when I pulled up with an ice cold bottle of water, I was directed in And it was maybe 15 minutes total! The store manager was helpful, experienced and knowledgeable! I was given An explicit breakdown of what was offered and the prices, that was understandable and fair. Would refer my friends my family and will be bringing back my other three vehicles when they are due for service! Thank you Cassie, Vincent, Mandy and Milo for the wonderful service!
