This is my 2nd time visiting this location and, it's been awesome both times! I went yesterday for an oil change, 5/30/26. The staff was so nice and, they were so helpful. The oil change was quick and, there was no wait. The price has increased since my last visit but, I guess that's everywhere. My only complaint with this company is that the wiper blades, that I purchased last time, skip. The company that owns the wiper blades, stopped honoring their warranty so, I'm stuck until I buy new ones. The employees working yesterday, did try to make it right by offering me a discount on new wipers but, I declined. Overall, I give my visit 5 stars. Please tell your staff that they are doing a great job!
Ashley Hughes,i took my car to take 5 the other day and had some excellent customer service. the wait was a little long then i would have liked it to be, but honestly i really don't mind waiting for good service. I was helped by Mo and Preston, Mo let me know what all was wrong with the car and what i should change, he answered my questions pretty thorough, and anything he couldn't answer, Preston could. after they let me know what was wrong with the car, they didn't push the services on me. i didn't feel pressured and when Preston was explaining to me how things work and everything, i don't know i just felt like he was genuine so i did all the services they suggested which honestly took less time than the wait did. he even cleaned my windshield after the service. super nice dudes.
Jay Cain,The crew working here are friendly and helpful. I've taken my Kia Rio here almost exclusively, for a couple years now, because the price is affordable and the service is excellent. I appreciate that they don't try to sell me parts or service I don't need. I've never sat in line longer than 10 minutes - I'm in and out and on with my day. Oh and they are generous with coupons without spamming my inbox with advertising. 10/10 will go here again
