My name is Doug, Karen’s husband on this review. I had a fantastic experience at this Take Five shop mainly because of the professional service I received from Esteban and Mike! They explained all my service options then performed only the services I requested without any pressure. I also had them change out my wiper blades, at my request, and Esteban explained both my options and pricing before installation. They were both very personable and efficient. I will definitely return to this shop!
Karen Houghton,I was in Fort Myers for work and was getting diagnostic messages from my phone as well as my car. Not wanting to wait until I returned home to get an oil/filter change and a cabin filter I decided to take care of it in Ft Myers. I googled oil&filter and the store on Cleveland popped up. I did read the reviews and they were all favorable. I noticed they did mention someone named Gage and James and the exceptional service the garage provided. When I arrived I was not disappointed. Gage came out and introduced himself and gave me a nice cold bottle of water. And ushered me right into a bay. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant and personable. Everything was explained to me and the cost involved. I was pleasantly surprised With the level of service I received. Definitely impressed me. These guys and their level of service was top notch. Thank you James and Gage for making me feel valued as a customer.

No wait whatsoever, I was able to pull right in and even received a complimentary bottle of water upon arrival. Johnson and Esteban helped me and were not only very kind and explained what they were doing while they worked but they also honored my coupon that I wasn’t able to pull up on my phone. Professional and efficient service so I have no complaints. 10/10 service and I will definitely be coming back in the future.
Stephanie Day,Exactly what you’re looking for in a drive-through oil change. The guys in the garage were friendly and honest and the service was fast and reasonably priced. Return customers get some perks as well including free top-off, fluid checks, and tire pressure checks if you come back before the date on the sticker. It’s always nice to find a reliable vehicle shop and this place is definitely doing it right. Top-notch from start to finish!
