I was out of town and ended up accidentally running over a large curb, which caused the skid plate under my car to start dragging. I was pretty stressed since I wasn’t familiar with the area, so I called ahead to see if they could help. Brayden answered the phone and immediately reassured me, telling me to come in and that they would take care of it. When I arrived, he was incredibly polite, professional, and genuinely kind. He took the time to help fix the issue and made sure everything was safe before I left. His willingness to help someone who was clearly in a tough situation, especially being away from home, meant a lot to me. I truly appreciate Brayden’s kindness and excellent customer service. He turned a stressful situation into a positive experience, and I’m very grateful. If you’re in the Crestview area, I highly recommend stopping by Take 5—especially if Brayden is there!

Plus there too off policy will save you even more money if your car burns oil like mine before the sticker reaches the limit. 10/10 recommend Plus out of all the years I've taken my car to get its oil changed they were the only ones to bring to my attention that my motor burns oil fast but it's very common, I was worried about that and almost took it to the shop a couple times, so they are very knowledgeable. Manager on site was amazing. I'll update this with names of the employees to give them credit.
