I knew I needed an oil change and had planned on stopping in over the weekend, but on the way to work this morning my car said "help me". I swung in right after they opened, I was greeted warmly and was helped right away. I needed and oil change and my coolant flushed, everything was not only explained but shown to me so I knew I was not being offered something I really did not need. For me the work was great, but I am very serious about costumer service...this locations costumer service is beyond amazing. The entire team was smiling, communicating, helpful, and checked on me every few minutes to make sure I was ok and understood what was happening. I will go back and recommend this place to friends and family.

Truly a 5 star service in every way. They listen to the customers concerns, educate, and are SO kind here! Dave A. Took care of me today and I’d trust him everytime for a quality service that exceeded my expectations. I was in and out so fast that I didn’t even have time to think about sitting in the bay. The atmosphere was so calm, laid back, and professional. They know exactly what they are doing and they will treat you and your vehicle as it’s their own. I did a standard oil change today and Dave informed me about mileage, the kind of oil my vehicle needs to run it’s best, and also how I can maintain the oil through the life cycle before the next change. Free complimentary water, window wash, and a handshake to end transaction? You simply cannot get any better. Yes this is a business, but you can tell they appreciate every person who stops in and chooses Take 5. So happy we have this here in clermont. There’s a reason this place has such high reviews. I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change here in Florida. From the moment I pulled in, the service was fast, professional, and incredibly efficient. Joshua came out to greet me right away and walked me through everything. He showed me where my oil levels were before and after, checked my filters, and clearly explained how dirty they were before recommending replacements. I really appreciated how transparent and informative he was throughout the entire process. The entire visit took less than 25 minutes, which is impressive considering the level of care and attention they provided. Everything was handled smoothly, and I never felt rushed or pressured. The crew here has been kind, professional, and efficient with their service every time I've been here. I'm not very knowledgeable on car maintenance normally but everyone here is always ready to point out services needed ahead of time so that I can choose to service those needs in the same visit, or know where to go if they're unable to do it themselves.
