Oil Change in Clermont, FL at 16716 Macon St

Absolute gentleman. I think this was the very first time in my entire 30 years of being able to drive and get an oil change that I have ever felt comfortable getting an oil change. I won’t lie. I was 925 miles overdue for an oil change, they didn’t judge me, they didn’t make me feel bad, they treated me like a normal person and I’m so appreciative of that. This was an absolutely marvelous team, Volume is communication so that they kept each other safe 100% The end of the day is here and yet they all managed to maintain very tidy and professional appearances. I wasn’t enthused about the drive over to come and get my oil changed, but the drive was literally well worth it thanks to this team. They told me about a top off special where if I came back before my mileage was due that I’d get it top off of all fluids. Next time I come back! What an amazing deal. I’ve never heard anything like that before. I will 100% be returning long drive or not! I officially don’t want anybody else touching my car Except for this team. The tech’s duty were Joey in the pit, Joshua, safety, and possibly someone named Joey? What an absolutely marvelous team! Please give kudos the customer service is as good as Disney. 💕

AJ was my service guy and he was so informative. I didn’t feel like he was pushing me to buy anything but educating me on what he recommends and why. One of the best experiences I’ve had getting an oil change. My first time at a take5 and will definitely be back because of AJ’s top tier service. Also as I was leaving I heard the guy underneath my car say have a nice day and that was really nice of him. I was in bay one around 10:45am on June 9,2026. Thank you guys for making a girl not feel too uneducated while still trying to educate me without feeling pressured to buy.
