Received quick and professional service at this location yesterday. Isaiah and Lance were in constant communication with each other while working on my car. They work while together, and it was impressive watching them work. They explained what they were doing and provided a visual for the filters, windshield wiper blades, fresh oil. They also patiently repeated things when ask, so I didn’t have to disclose my hearing impairment. Both gentlemen were cool with my dog who is nine and looks scary. I felt safe while in the garage AND I feel safe driving my car after the oil change.
J. Parson,This was my first visit to Take 5 Oil Change. This location is further away than where I used to go to get an oil change. The other Company ( Starts with V) is closer and the first few visits I had good service. The last time they left my air filter housing loose. As you can imagine that created a huge problem that did not manifest itself right away. I had to get a tow the next day. My first visit to Take 5 was a very pheasant one. Isiah immediately came out with a cold bottle of water! He and his coworker worked efficiently and I was in and out in 15 minutes. This young man and his coworker are an asset to Take 5, I will continue to drive out of my way for this great service
Bill G,They informed me my oil was clean so I could wait for the oil change. They tested my antifreeze and showed me it was time to replace so I did and likely avoided overheating. I’ll be back for an oil change in another month or so. A little much for water and antifreeze but ….Thanks
Never Mind,Decided to try Take 5 for the first time. Was promptly greeted by Isaiah and offered bottled water. Then Lance advised both the oil and air filter were super clean and recommend I wait for oil change. They showed me how to change the time interval and topped off fluids all for no charge. Excellent and honest service!!!
