I have been to this establishment twice. Both times I was great by the technician DJ. He did a great job both times in a timely manner and very professional. I was a little disappointed in the fact that there was no manager on site and basically DJ was by himself working solo. That shows bad management in the work place. I will continue my business there because there technician thanks again DJ
A gentleman that works here by the name of Tyler honestly should probably be the district manager. I brought in a rather unusual vehicle, not only once but twice ( 2025 darkhorse and 2013 hole shot super snake mustangs ) and he definitely had stepped up to the plate and tackled something he never had before and it was a grand slam out of the park.
It was very convenient and the technician was very helpful and informative. The oil change was completed and I was made aware of what I need serviced for my next visit. The best part was that I never had to leave the car. I will definitely be returning to Take 5 for my next car service. I highly recommend Take 5 to everyone if you want great service and convenience. Thanks again.
