⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding service today at Take 5 Oil Change in Apollo Beach. Hector and Pablo were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything, answered my questions, and never made me feel pressured into anything I didn't need. It's hard to find great customer service these days, but these guys absolutely delivered. Fast, efficient, and personable service with a positive attitude the entire time. They made what is usually a routine chore a genuinely pleasant experience. If you're in the Apollo Beach area and need an oil change or vehicle service, I highly recommend asking for Hector and Pablo. They earned this 5-star review. Thank you, gentlemen!

I was driving my Tesla when I noticed that my tire pressure light came on. When I drive my non-electric vehicle, I always go to Take 5 and remembered they usually top off my fluids and tires. Anyways, I was experiencing some trouble with putting air in my tires (due to mobility issues) so I figured I would just come and ask. The staff that worked on 6/1/2026, shout out to Chris and Pablo and the other people on-shift, delivered 10000/10 customer service. Chris told me that I can come back anytime I experience some difficulty with having to put air in my tires in the future. He told me the wait would be maybe 10-15 minutes, but I from the moment I pulled in, waited, and got serviced, it was only a 7 minute wait. Even if it was the 10-15 minute timeframe, or even an hour, it would have been worth it. This brand new location is delivering the consistent customer service I experience at all other locations; but today, they went truly above and beyond. This place is 100% worth your time and business and they treat you as such. Thank you guys!! *honk honk*

Junior and Mari! They were absolutely fantastic with the customer service. Helpful explain what I was getting and how it worked. I’ve been with take five for a while, and I’ve never had anybody explained to me the oil change sticker (I know it’s written on there, but I just never noticed). Appreciate them and the teams work today. It was quick and efficient. Good representation of what caring for your members looks like :)

I ended up here on recommendation from the Sun City shop which couldnt service my vehicle because it was too low to get onto the bay. The service was about 30 to 45 minutes. I drove a brand of vehicle they dont normally service and accommodated me with professionalism and were very friendly and courteous. I was glad to have gone here. The staff here spotted issues with my vehicle that needed attention and i was glad they did. So tax in, an oil change with 5 quarts of mobil 1 and a coolant flush was just under 300$. Thank-you to the staff here and the staff at the Sun City location for recommending this location. God bless!

. recently went to Take 5 for a oil change and air filter replacement, and the service was outstanding. Marquez and JR went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of quickly and professionally. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience seamless.
