Oil Change in Altamonte Springs, FL at 200 N State Rd 434

I drove to the Altamonte location this morning after 8 to get an oil change after stopping at the Apopka location which is where I I typically go. The Apopka location looked closed so I drove to the back where I saw the tech working on a white SUV in the back lot. I tried asking if they were open today and instead of a reply he looked at me and walked away....this is the 2nd time I've had a weird interaction with this specific tech so went to the Altamonte location instead as I am not sure what is going on at this location.... Ivan at the Altamonte location immediately greeted me and was exceptional in all interactions as was the other young man working there ( did not get his name). They quickly took care of my car and answered any questions I've had. The same attitude and service was provided to the other 2 cars there as well so I know this is was not just for me but for all their customers. It's disappointing that the Apopka location has gone down in their customer service as it is much closer to where I live but the location in Altamonte went above and beyond the standards I've come to expect from Take 5. I will gladly drive the extra miles to receive the service from Ivan or the other tech that was there. Thank you for a great experience and doing an exceptional job !

This was the first visit. I pulled up and was greeted by employee, handed a cold bottle of water, and directed to lane to wait. They changed my oil, checked and topped off all fluids, checked air pressure in tires, showed mẹ my air filter needed replaced, so new air filter. I sat in my car listening to music while they worked, they were professional. Total time pull in to pull out was 35 mins and $189 total. I will use them again.

This was my first time coming here for an oil change, and the entire process was smooth and efficient from start to finish. I arrived right when they opened at 7 a.m., and my car was taken in almost immediately—I was out before 7:30. I was helped by Courtney and Dave, both of whom were friendly and professional, with an easy rapport that made the experience feel comfortable. They offered thoughtful recommendations based on what the car actually needed, without any pressure or upselling. Even though I knew I was overdue for service and low on basics like washer fluid, there was no judgment—just straightforward, helpful guidance. Everything was handled quickly and without any hassle, including using a 25% off Magic Fans coupon, which they accepted without issue. Overall, a very positive experience, and I’ll definitely return.

Good quick oil change , professional service I go every month , repeat customer, shout out to Rachel. She’s very professional detail oriented made great comments and suggestions for my Audi. Nothing better than a technician that knows a lot about foreign cars. Needed a top off, between oil changes , TAKE 5 is absolutely the best , fantastic, quick polite and off I go , no charge or paperwork! I highly recommended TAKE 5.

They're always upfront and honest about pricing, no pushing sales, they make you feel comfortable about the whole process, have great service staff, and yes ...really fast service.
