Always enjoy taking my car to Take 5! They’re reasonably priced, take excellent care of your car and they’re quick! They addressed my concerns about my windshield wipers and of course made sure my cabin and air filters were ok and didn’t need changed because I’m out of state they couldn’t see that I already had it done at my home Take 5 but glad to see service is consistent. They even removed some rubber things around my battery and tightened my coils because they were very loose and I appreciated that! Thank you so much for everything guys at the West Haven store!
Stopped by the other day for an oil change. I was met by Julian and Lawrence; these two individuals provided excellent service. Brings a smile to my face when customer service is personable - not just getting an oil change; but also having conversations while being informed. They were prompt and consistent, can’t ask for anything better. They deserve a raise for providing the energy and being a positive impression for ‘Take 5 Oil Change. If the owner of the shop reads this feedback, let them know that they are doing a great job! Acknowledgment goes a long way.
I had the best experience with my oil change! I hate getting oil changes, always feel like they are up charging me and talking down on me bc I’m a girl and don’t know what’s going on, but I had the sweetest two guys helping me the other day! Forgive my descriptions I forgot their names but one was a white male with piercings and the other was a younger black male. They explained everything they were doing and checking, let me ask all the questions I had, and were so patient with me!!! They deserve a raise :))) highly recommend
