I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change in Norwich! From the moment I pulled in, the team went above and beyond—they even greeted me with a bottle of water, which was a really nice touch. What truly stood out was their level of care and attention. Not only did they take care of my oil change quickly and professionally, but they also replaced a spark plug free of charge and added some missing bolts underneath my truck. That kind of honesty and extra effort is rare these days. This was my first visit, but it definitely won’t be my last. They’ve earned themselves a loyal customer. Highly recommend!

Elizabeth Vidal,I was way over due for an oil change and decided to try Take 5. I’m glad I did because it was the best oil change experience I’ve had. When I pulled up a gentleman handed me a water. The man at the computer asked me if I wanted the high mile Full Synthetic oil that was only $3 more than the regular Full Synthetic. I drive a lot of miles so I went with the up charge. I had a coupon that they applied for me. Jayson and Brandon were friendly, efficient and quick! I was on a time crunch and I felt at ease. I will definitely be back. And
Krystal LaValley,Friday March 27th went for oil change and flush and Full.... yesterday which was March 30th on the Highway smoke started to come out of or around the bottom of Engine It indicated something was broken or something was loose. So I stop and call the shop of 5 oils in touring my situation he suggests me to get to the nearest gas station and get 2 qt of oil and to get to know it as soon as possible and he will evaluate the situation. He did found out. The oil ring had broken on the filter. He adjusted fixed the problem and I was on my way.
