After a 3 day cross country trip in order to meet our movers on time, this was the most pleasant part of moving to Denver. All their personnel were friendly, yet as professional as can be. They pointed out additional items I needed but did not carry and directed me to places that would carry it. Once finished they mentioned services that I can come back for at no charge! Coming from NY those are words I never heard before. I would recommend this branch to anyone looking for professional service and personnel.

I bought a car last July and a couple weeks back the light came on indicating l needed an oil change....l thought that was odd cause l don't drive much but my friend recommended Take 5 so l went there. The kindest young man (wish l would have gotten his name) looked my vehicle up in Carfax and told me he would be happy to take my money but according to his records, l still had 4k miles to go till l needed a change. He figured the dealership failed to reset after they changed the oil. The honesty was so refreshing!! I've told about everyone l know!! I'll never go anywhere else!!

The 1st time I went there, they told me that I had an pretty significant oil leak and they're recommendation was to get my truck repaired before I spent the money paying for an oil change only to have it leak out. After I got the repair done, I went back to Take 5 on Sheridan again to get my oil changed and they pointed out that the technician that did my repair for the leak had done a change then and Take 5 said I should be able to go another 2,000 miles. He said to come back in 2,000 miles and he'd be glad to take my money then. After topping off my fluids and putting air in my tires,(n/c), he handed me a bottled water and told me to have a nice day and he'd see me the next time. I call that EXCELLENT customer service. After this great service, I had them replace my windshield wipers before I left.

The techs Kaden and Fernando were really good at their job and they were so helpful. They are not pushy and trying to upsell you like a grease monkey or something. 5 stars.
