I believe I was the first or second customer. The technicians (Brandon and Kevin) 🤔🤔 I think were super friendly and accommodating and did not try to up sell me but provided reasonable recommendations without the pressure….”if you don’t get this your engine will blow up on the highway” tactics. Not there for hours it was 20 minutes. I have to take off work to schedule with other places or the dealership. I’m sold as this is perfect for vehicles that are not under warranty.
I had such a wonderful experience with Will and Gio! They were incredibly welcoming, professional, kind, and genuinely went above and beyond. They took the time to explain everything they were doing, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely taken care of. It’s rare to experience such genuine customer service these days. Will and Gio clearly take pride in their work, and their kindness really stood out to me. Thank you both for such a great experience. I truly appreciate you and will definitely be back!
Passing through Colorado Springs for a couple of days and needed an oil change. Giovanni and Carlos were super friendly from the moment I arrived. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. They walked me through the best options for my vehicle and even offered me a discount that was better than the coupon I had. HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming to this Take 5 for your next oil change! Great service and great people.
