I had a great experience with this location! The staff was super helpful and friendly. I came in for a routine oil change, and I was met with a friendly staff member who gave me and my wife a bottle of water while we waited the part of the team that was changing my oil also identified a leak coming from my power steering, which was super helpful now that I know the problem is there I can fix it. I will continue to get all my oil change services done at this location. I highly recommend it to anyone else. I also really appreciate that the offer a military discount!
I will always go to Take 5 for my oil changes, I always have the best experience! I brought in my car for its first oil change since I’ve owned it, and they treated us like family. I never felt pushed into anything, they gave me the information and their honest opinion, and I was able to make my own informed decision. The guys who helped me went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and I loved getting to nerd out about my new car with them! It’s not always easy finding a mechanic shop to go to as a woman, but the Take 5 crew has always treated me with respect. I really appreciate it, and of course will come back in the future.
Excellent customer service~ Michael, Evan and Connor were very respectful, professional and very kind! They did offer upgrades, but absolutely no pressure, wich I very much appreciate!! This is now my go to for oil change! I was in and out in 30, no appointment. Fair pricing, great staff! Wish I would have used a coupon, but, next time, because I will be back! Thank you for making my experience so stress free!!! Recommend 💯 % 10 out of 10!!!
