Oil Change in Colorado Springs, CO at 1197 Space Center Dr

UPDATE!!: Discovered in the early morning hours that my undercarriage cover was not secure in its fittings. Perhaps was a result of last weeks service. Called shop at 3:02pm spoke with Ethan, was told to bring the vehicle in asap and they would look at it. Arrived and greeted with superior customary service at 4:43pm with water bottle and an acknowledgment the crew waiting for me. Felt like a F1 driver at this point knowing they knew I was coming back. A celebrity looking like man with long lochs even said, "you're back!". Ethan & his crew quickly cured the issue and inconvenience and explained to me the proximate cause of the malfunction, advising me I would be pulling out in a few. I was greeted quickly by a man exiting the office expressing swift condolence for any inconvenience of 5.23.26 trip. Mr. Andrew expressed empathy, provided a roadmap of time of bay & delivered a little zippy zapp for the inconvenience. I was on my way in no time with the remedy executed like a high performance operation - all the crew rowing in the same direction to get me in & out the bay with precision and expressed expediency. Mr. Andrew, thank you for the zippy zapp! And thank you best-in-class crew on the execution!! If you are in the springs and even a bit away from this location, it is worth it to make your way over yonder, the service is VIP. Bravo!! Raising the frequency!! SERVICE 23 MAY 2026: Returned here again for a quick service on this lovely Saturday. Received great service from the team here at Take 5. Solid greeting with a refreshing water, was shown oil filter, blades & tires checked, great conversation and superior service. I am confident my car will be in stellar shape while I travel to Buenos Aires! Thank you again crew. Bravo!!

Huge shoutout to Andrew and Tyler for the amazing customer service! I pulled up only 30 minutes before closing and they still treated me with so much kindness and professionalism. They went above and beyond, worked fast and efficiently, and were genuinely personable the entire time. It’s rare to find customer service like that anymore. This is hands down my favorite place to get an oil change and experiences like that are exactly why I keep coming back. Thank you guys so much!

Take 5 is always the most professional. Great staff. Excellent military discount. No matter where I move, I always seek out a Take 5. Customer for life. They are like the Chil-fil-A of oil changes: fast, accurate, and polite! Update: I keep coming back to this Take 5. I’ve probably had another 3 oil changes there since my first review. Keep up the great work guys! Shout out to Ray who led my last oil change and was just so polite professional and competent. Great people there.

I've only ever taken my car to the dealership for oil changes and decided to step outside of my comfort zone and try this at my hubs suggestion. I'm glad I did! No appt, i just showed up. Ethan and Ethan took great care of me. It was fast and they are very communicative about what you're car may or may not need. The present things as they are working thru the inspection. Def will be back. I was in and out in 30 mins. Love this place!

Stopped by Take 5 Oil Change and had a fantastic experience. Hunter, Andrew, and Ethan were all super friendly, had great attitudes, and kept up a fun, easygoing conversation while explaining every step of what they were doing. I really appreciated how clear and professional they were without ever feeling pressured. I stayed in my car the whole time and they had me in and out in about 10 minutes. They checked fluids, made sure everything looked good, and made the whole experience genuinely pleasant. Honestly one of the easiest and most enjoyable oil changes I’ve had—will definitely be back!
