I happened to stumble upon a Take 5 Oil worker (I believe Jonathon was his name) across the street at the auto parts store as I was trying to figure out what was going on with my car. He immediately helped me and identified that my oil cap was off and all of my oil had spilled everywhere. He told me to go right over to Take 5 and he would take care of it. Him and his colleague Mason were so kind and helpful and fixed everything for me, which I am so grateful for as I was with my two babies in the heat. I am so glad Jonathon was there at the right time and I will definitely be coming back for my oil changes in the future! Thank you!!
Was impressed with not only with the as advertised, super quick ( about 10 minute) oil change, but also the friendly and cordial guys working there. All had a great attitude and seem to enjoy their work. Appreciate it and will be back. Also worth noting they include free top offs if you are within the mileage of the oil change, so if you leak oil like my old truck, it's a nice add on.
I just wanted to share my appreciation for the excellent service I received at your locations. You truly live up to your name by being incredibly fast while ensuring the job is done correctly. The customer service was amazing. I appreciated that there was no pressure to upsell, and being able to see the work performed from my car including verifying the oil level and seeing the old filter provided great peace of mind. Your rates are already affordable, yet you still offered a discount and even provided a water bottle while I waited. Take 5 is exactly what my family and I have been looking for.
