You don't get out of your car, which is great for me, being disabled. The employees were helpful, kind and funny. It was an easy thing to do. I was there for about 20 minutes and they were busy. They're thorough. I got the middle offer and my car uses Synthetic oil. With a $15 coupon, it cost $98. The guy who did my oil change, was Willa (a family name, passed down and, yes, it's a male name. He was so sweet and funny. The whole experience was super easy and quick. Thanks Willa and TAKE 5 guys!

I had a really good experience at Take 5. The staff was very friendly and personable—they made the whole visit feel relaxed and welcoming instead of rushed. I ended up chatting with one of them about her son, which just added to that genuine, human feel. What stood out was how thorough everyone was. The manager handled things underneath, someone checked my cabin air filter, and another team member checked a different filter under the hood. It felt like a true team effort, and like they actually cared about doing the job right—not just rushing me through. They also asked about a military discount, which I appreciated. Overall, it had a friendly, family-type vibe. The service was quick, clean, and efficient. I was in and out with no hassle. Definitely a great experience.

Amazing customer service from the very beginning to the end of our time there. The assistant manager is just beyond compare. She went out of her way and went and got a plug from a different store since the dealership I got my truck from had one that had no threads in. She even took the extra steps to make sure it worked perfectly for us as well. The whole team there is just amazing. They are very fast and all very knowledgeable. I was actually surprised on how much information they knew. Since I've been to a lot of Take 5s and never had a problem but never been to one like this where just the whole vibe and atmosphere of the whole thing was an amazing experience and they all seem to very much enjoy their jobs which seems to what makes it even more enjoyable.

They were absolutely amazing here!!! The second me and my partner pulled in, Junior greeted us and helped us get set up. Not to mention cracking a few jokes here and there to liven the mood up. Amber was also absolutely awesome and even caught the little plastic pieces on our windshield wipers and removed them for us. Honestly, just everyone there was super great. I highly recommend this place, even if you're new to Colorado like we are.

Anthony was amazing! He made the whole oil change process quick and stress-free. He was super helpful, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what my car needed without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. You can tell he really cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. I’ll definitely be coming back to him for future services—highly recommend!
