These guys are great. I came in around 6:30 on a Friday night, right before they were getting ready to close up at the end of the week, and they were still extremely friendly and helpful. They even brought me a cold bottle of water while I was waiting. Everyone was easy to understand, took the time to explain everything they were doing, and did a great job very quickly. You could tell they cared about giving good service even at the end of a long week. I really appreciated that and will definitely be back.
I just got an oil change from here and let me tell you its been a while since I've seen such amazing customer service. I first called and Nathan assured me about wait times and was eager to awnser any questions. Once I arrived, I was greeted and directed in to a stall. Mike was wonderful at explaining to me the different products they supplied and gave me honest awnsers to best give what my vehicle needed. All the guys; Both Mikes ,Nathan, Jake, and Max had me smiling throughout the entire process. I will be coming back here again. Thank you all! :))
I went to Take 5 with an oil leak and a little fear because you never know how serious an issue can be. They were able to see my vehicle right away and helped me select an oil change within my price range without pressuring me. They offered me a cold water while flushing out my old oil. They even offered me a $15 discount on my payment and 2 free quarts of oil on my next visit. My guard flap in the front of my car was hanging down and they offered to screw it down for me free of charge. Will 100% be returning for my future oil changes.
